Dear students,

Since the date of your final Learning Experience (LE) is approaching it is time to start practically preparing for it. Below you will find a link for google docs where you can budget what you need for your LE. We would like to know in advance what costs you expect to make. The deadline for filling in this budget is 26 May.

You can make costs in three categories: Materials, Venue and Catering. We have also made a Misc category to give you any space for things we have not considered. A few remarks per category:

1. Materials: any materials needed for your LE. Like mentioned before, try to think about this sustainably.
- If you would like to have anything printed for your LE, we can do so through the copyshop on campus. If you send me anything you need printed before 3 June, I will make sure you can pick up your prints the morning of your LE. You do not have to pay for this yourselves, this will be billed to the programme directly.
- You can get reimbursed for items you buy/order. I have attached an instruction. Please read this instruction carefully. You can find the reimbursement form on Hotglue.

2. Venue: if you are planning to host your LE somewhere that requires a payment, we can arrange that through the university. We prefer to do this so you do not need to advance a high sum of money. Contact me (Marie) with your plans and we can get in touch with the venue together.
- If you wish to host your LE at the university, it will have to be booked through us. We have to do this on 26 May at the latest. Please let us know before then.

3. Catering: since the LE's are not very lengthy, we do not feel like it is particularly needed to provide catering for the participants. However, if you feel like food and/or drinks are vital to your LE, you are free to budget this. Sometimes you can book this with a venue or I can book it through the university caterer.

The budget per group is 300 euro. If you have any questions about this process, please contact Marie (vandergaag@esphil.eur.nl).
