1. Bring your poster (see assignment 2: research poster)
2. Look at your first assignment on the focus-competencies in your notebook. Reflect on the first half of the programme and answer the questions for each focus-competency:


1. Which situations, examples or people helped you to grow in this competency?
2. What was more challenging than expected? What did you learn from that?
3. What can you be proud of?
4. What will you do to develop your focus-competencies further during the rest of the programme? What help do you need from your team mates?
